A skilled communicator, Emerson employs active listening to asses each client’s needs, wants and must haves. He then goes to work carefully sourcing properties that closely meet client specifications. When it comes to representing buyers, Emerson takes an entirely global approach to real estate. He’s able to quickly identify what makes each property special and highlight these attributes to a wide audience of potential buyers. In addition, he draws on proven marketing experience he honed while working on concept to completion condominium project promotions.
Always looking to facilitate seamless experiences, Emerson advocates hard for his clients throughout the entire process. And when it comes to the closing table, he’s an expert negotiator who consistently produces win-win results.
Raised in Sao Paulo, Emerson began his career as part of a legacy family real estate business created by his grandfather in 1947 Brazil. Since he entered the industry, Emerson has continued to expand his network, helping to secure deals for hundreds of clients throughout the U.S. and Brazil. For more than a decade now, he’s called Miami home and retains citizenship in both Brazil and Italy. Emerson holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FMU University. He is also a member of SECOVI and CRECI.
